Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 teaspoon honey, agave, or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • Toppings of your choice (dried fruit, nuts, seeds, yogurt, etc.)

Directions

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine the oats, milk, honey, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  2. Stir until combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, stir the oatmeal and add your favorite toppings.
