Ingredients
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 2 cups sesame seeds
Directions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, butter and corn syrup over medium heat. Stir until the butter is melted and the sugar is dissolved.
- Stir in the sesame seeds. Continue to cook over medium heat, stirring often, until the mixture is golden brown and bubbling. This should take about 10 minutes.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly. Allow to cool for 15 minutes.
- Once the brittle has cooled, break it into pieces and enjoy!
