Ingredients
- 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine honey, butter, flour, eggs, chocolate chips, walnuts and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended.
- Pour mixture into the unbaked pie crust and spread evenly.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
