Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the strawberry jam, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish. Pour the strawberry-balsamic mixture over the chicken and turn to coat evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
