1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
1 (1 oz) package taco seasoning
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided
Tortilla chips, for serving
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch pie plate or round baking dish.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, onion, bell pepper, and garlic until the beef is browned and the vegetables are softened, about 8 minutes.
Stir in the black beans, diced tomatoes with green chilies, and taco seasoning. Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the cream cheese and 1 cup of the shredded cheese. Spoon the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Top with the remaining 1 cup of cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
