Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Steam the broccoli florets until they are tender but still slightly crisp. Drain well.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
