Ingredients

  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Scrub the potatoes, pierce them with a fork, and rub with olive oil and salt.
