Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup cheesecake filling
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla.
- Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; gradually stir into the creamed mixture.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Drop teaspoonfuls of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Press a teaspoonful of cheesecake filling into the center of each cookie.
- Cover each with an additional teaspoon of cookie dough.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly browned.
- Cool for a few minutes on the cookie sheet before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
