Ingredients

  • 1 package of cheese ravioli
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Boil the ravioli according to the package instructions.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Add the pumpkin puree and stir until combined.
  4. Add the heavy cream, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, and pepper and mix until blended.
  5. Simmer the sauce for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add the cooked ravioli to the sauce and gently toss to coat.
  7. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the ravioli and serve.
