Ingredients

  • 4 peaches, cut in half and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons of bourbon
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 4 tablespoons of butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 ounces of burrata cheese
  • 4 slices of prosciutto

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the bourbon, honey, melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, vanilla, salt, and pepper.
  2. Brush the cut sides of the peaches with the bourbon mixture.
  3. Heat a grill over medium-high heat and place the peaches cut-side down on the grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes, or until the peaches have nice grill marks and are tender.
