Ingredients

  • 1 cup of fresh carrots, chopped
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • ½ cup of plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Directions

  1. In a blender, add the carrots, apple, and orange juice and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the yogurt and honey and blend for another minute.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
