Ingredients

  • 7 Habanero peppers
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Place the habanero peppers, garlic, white vinegar, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a food processor or blender.
  2. Process the ingredients until they are finely chopped and blended together.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and simmer over medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer the cooled mixture to a jar with a lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
