Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a large baking sheet with butter.
In a small bowl, mix together the butter, garlic, parsley, oregano, basil, and pepper.
Spread the mushrooms out on the prepared baking sheet. Using a spoon, stuff each mushroom with the butter mixture. Top each mushroom with equal amounts of the Parmesan, mozzarella, and ricotta cheeses. Sprinkle the panko breadcrumbs over the top of each mushroom.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted and golden.
