Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. beef loin tri-tip roast
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, black pepper, onion powder, and cumin.
  3. Place beef roast in a shallow baking dish and pour the marinade over the roast. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until the roast reaches an internal temperature of 140°F.
  5. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
