Ingredients
4 cups of fresh black raspberries
1 cup of white sugar
1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
1/2 cup of cold butter, cubed
1 cup of self-rising flour
1/2 cup of milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine black raspberries, sugar, 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Pour raspberry mixture into an ungreased 8-inch square baking dish.
In a medium bowl, cut together butter, self-rising flour, and milk until crumbly. Sprinkle over raspberry mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve warm or cold.
