  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup cold butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and butter an 8-inch square baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the peaches, granulated sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
