2 cups of whole milk

1/4 cup of small tapioca pearls
1/4 teaspoon of salt

Directions
In a medium saucepan, add the milk, sugar, tapioca pearls, and salt and stir to combine.
Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
Once the mixture is simmering, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Transfer the pudding to individual serving dishes and let cool for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg if desired and serve.
