Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar for coating
- 1-2 teaspoons ground cinnamon for coating
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, 3 tablespoons of sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add the oil and water and mix until the dough comes together.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a shallow bowl, mix together 1/4 cup of sugar and 1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
- Roll each ball of dough in the cinnamon-sugar mixture, coating all sides. Place them back on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
