Ingredients
1 cup light brown sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
3 egg yolks
3 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together the brown sugar, flour, and salt. Stir in the milk and egg yolks until smooth.
Stir in the melted butter and vanilla extract.
Pour the mixture into an ungreased 9 inch pie plate.
In a small bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Sprinkle the mixture over the top of the pie.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.
Allow to cool before serving.
