Ingredients
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the brown sugar, flour, and salt. Stir in the milk and egg yolks until smooth.
- Stir in the melted butter and vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into an ungreased 9 inch pie plate.
- In a small bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Sprinkle the mixture over the top of the pie.
- Bake for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is set.
- Allow to cool before serving.
