Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, brown sugar and salt.
- Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Spread over the crust.
- Sprinkle butterscotch chips over the top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until center is set.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
