Ingredients
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) cold butter, cut into cubes

Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt and sugar.
Add the butter and mix with a pastry blender or your hands until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add the water and mix until the dough comes together.
