Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine the cooked shrimp, mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  2. Process until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  4. Transfer the shrimp spread to a bowl and serve with toast or crackers.
