Ingredients
1 pound flat rice noodles
1/2 pound beef, thinly sliced
1 cup broccoli, cut into florets
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons fish sauce
1 teaspoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup water
Directions
Soak the noodles in cold water for 30 minutes.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add the garlic and broccoli and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and pepper and cook for another minute.
Add the noodles and water and stir-fry until the noodles are cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
Serve hot.
