Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, vinegar, honey, mustard, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano and basil.
  2. Whisk until all ingredients are blended and smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning if desired.
  4. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
