Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place chicken wings on parchment paper and bake for 30 minutes, flipping once halfway through cooking.
  4. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  5. Add hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper and stir to combine.
  6. Remove pan from heat and set aside.
  7. Increase oven temperature to 425 degrees F.
  8. Brush chicken wings with sauce mixture and return to oven for an additional 15 minutes.
  9. Remove wings from oven and let cool.
  10. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
