Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups whole milk
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

3 cups cooked Maine lobster meat, diced
9 lasagna noodles, cooked according to package directions

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Whisk in milk, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Continue to whisk until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
Stir in lobster meat and remove from heat.
In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, layer 3 noodles on bottom. Top with a layer of sauce, followed by a layer of mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layers one more time, ending with a layer of noodles.
Sprinkle top of lasagna with breadcrumbs.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, until top is golden brown and sauce is bubbly.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
