Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons minced chives
Directions
- Place the eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 12 minutes.
- Drain the hot water from the pot and fill with cold water. Let the eggs sit in the cold water for at least 5 minutes.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a medium bowl.
- Mash the egg yolks with a fork. Add the mayonnaise, buffalo sauce, Dijon mustard, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture. Sprinkle with minced chives.
- Serve immediately.
