Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons minced chives

Directions

  1. Place the eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 12 minutes.
  2. Drain the hot water from the pot and fill with cold water. Let the eggs sit in the cold water for at least 5 minutes.
  3. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a medium bowl.
  4. Mash the egg yolks with a fork. Add the mayonnaise, buffalo sauce, Dijon mustard, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix until smooth.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture. Sprinkle with minced chives.
  6. Serve immediately.
