Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the Brussels sprouts and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, chili sauce, honey, salt and pepper.
  5. Add the sauce to the skillet and stir to coat the Brussels sprouts.
  6. Reduce the heat to low and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve hot.
