  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon saffron threads
  • 1 cup frozen peas

Directions

  1. In a large paella pan or skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and sauté until soft and translucent.
