In a bread machine, add the water, sugar, yeast, salt, olive oil, and bread flour. Set the machine to the dough setting and start.
Once the dough is done, remove it from the machine and divide it into two equal parts. Roll each part into a circle, about 12 inches in diameter.
Spread half the pizza sauce on each circle, leaving a one inch border around the edge. Sprinkle each circle with half the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, pepperoni, sausage, ham, olives, and green peppers.
Fold each circle in half and pinch the edges together to seal. Place the calzones on a greased baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 375 degree F oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
