Ingredients
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped pepperoni
- 1/4 cup chopped cooked sausage
- 1/4 cup chopped cooked ham
- 3 tablespoons chopped black olives
- 3 tablespoons chopped green peppers
Directions
- In a bread machine, add the water, sugar, yeast, salt, olive oil, and bread flour. Set the machine to the dough setting and start.
- Once the dough is done, remove it from the machine and divide it into two equal parts. Roll each part into a circle, about 12 inches in diameter.
- Spread half the pizza sauce on each circle, leaving a one inch border around the edge. Sprinkle each circle with half the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, pepperoni, sausage, ham, olives, and green peppers.
- Fold each circle in half and pinch the edges together to seal. Place the calzones on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake in a preheated 375 degree F oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
