Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups beef broth
Directions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until no pink remains. Drain off any extra fat, if desired, and set aside.
- Add the onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the onion is softened.
- Stir in the tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce and cook for an additional minute.
- Add the potatoes and butter to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir to combine. Cook for an additional minute.
- Pour the beef broth into the skillet and stir to combine. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender.
- Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
