Captain's Mojito

Ingredients

• 2 ounces of white rum
• 1 lime, cut into wedges
• 1 tablespoon of sugar
• 6 mint leaves
• Club soda

Directions

1. In a shaker, muddle lime wedges and sugar together until the sugar is well incorporated.
2. Add in the white rum, mint leaves, and ice. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
3. Fill a tall glass with ice and strain the mixture into the glass.
4. Top with club soda and stir to combine.
5. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint leaves.
