Ingredients

  • 1 cup sprouted wheat berries
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup warm water

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the sprouted wheat berries, oats, olive oil, chia seeds, flaxseed meal, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and salt.
  3. Mix until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Add the warm water and mix until the dough is slightly damp.
