Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight and drained
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons tapioca flour
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • Directions

      1. Combine the cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, and water in a blender and blend until smooth.
      2. Add the tapioca flour and blend until completely incorporated.
      3. Slowly pour in the olive oil while blending until completely incorporated.
      4. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
      5. Remove from heat and pour into a greased baking dish.
      6. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until the cheese starts to melt.
      7. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
