Monster Mini Cupcakes

Ingredients

• 1 box of vanilla cake mix
• 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup of water
• 1 can of white icing
• Food coloring
• Assorted candy for decoration

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease mini cupcake pan with cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, oil, eggs and water. Beat until smooth.
3. Spoon batter into mini cupcake pan, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
5. Cool completely before frosting.
6. In a medium bowl, mix together icing, food coloring, and any other desired flavorings.
7. Frost cooled cupcakes with desired colors of icing.
8. Decorate with candy.
