Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions

  1. In a food processor, blend together the dates, oats, nuts, honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg until a sticky dough forms.
  2. Take small amounts of the dough and shape into 1-inch balls.
  3. Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
