1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (4 ounces) diced green chiles
1/4 cup chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the onion and garlic and cook for 5 minutes or until the onion is softened.
Add the ground beef and pork and cook for 7-10 minutes, or until the meat is no longer pink.
Add the tomatoes, beans, chiles, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Stir to combine.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
