Ingredients
2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup water
Directions
Combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, honey, lemon juice, and water in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish and freeze for 1 hour.
Remove the mixture from the freezer and stir with a spoon. Return the mixture to the freezer and freeze for an additional 2 hours.
Remove the sorbet from the freezer and scoop into individual serving dishes. Serve immediately.
