Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup of butter

Directions

  1. Preheat your outdoor grill or indoor griddle to medium-high heat.
  2. Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise. Place the banana halves on a plate.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the barbecue sauce and brown sugar. Stir until blended.
  4. Brush the banana halves with the barbecue sauce mixture. Place them on the preheated grill or griddle and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbling and the bananas are cooked through.
