Ingredients
4 tilapia fillets
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions
Season the tilapia fillets with salt and pepper.

Add the chicken broth and whisk to combine. Bring to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 2 minutes.
Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese and stir until combined. Simmer for 2 minutes more.
Add the tilapia back to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
