Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cheddar cheese, beer, sour cream, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
  2. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with crackers, chips or vegetables.
