Ingredients

  • 2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar, Swiss or Monterey Jack)
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Combine the potatoes, soup, sour cream, grated cheese, melted butter, garlic salt, and pepper in the slow cooker.
  2. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover, and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
