Ingredients
3-4 lb. beef brisket, fat trimmed
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 bottle of beer (12 oz)
Directions
Preheat oven to 300°F.
In a small bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
Rub mixture onto the brisket and place into a roasting pan.
Scatter diced onion and minced garlic around the brisket.
Pour beer into roasting pan.
Cover pan with foil and place in the preheated oven.
Cook for 2-3 hours, until internal temperature reaches about 160°F.
Remove from oven and let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
