Ingredients
- 3-4 lb. beef brisket, fat trimmed
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 bottle of beer (12 oz)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- In a small bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
- Rub mixture onto the brisket and place into a roasting pan.
- Scatter diced onion and minced garlic around the brisket.
- Pour beer into roasting pan.
- Cover pan with foil and place in the preheated oven.
- Cook for 2-3 hours, until internal temperature reaches about 160°F.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
