Ingredients
- 2 cans of whole tomatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 jalapenos, chopped
- 1/2 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Drain the cans of tomatoes and place in a large bowl.
- Add the diced onion, chopped jalapenos, chopped cilantro and minced garlic to the tomatoes.
- Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture.
- Add the cumin, salt and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
