Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup beer
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup ketchup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, beer, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper until well combined.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, mix together ketchup and beer until well combined.
- Brush ketchup mixture onto meatballs and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
