Ingredients
- 4 large tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded smoked turkey
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup sliced olives
- 1/4 cup diced peppers
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a medium bowl, combine the smoked turkey, cheese, tomatoes, onions, olives, and peppers.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle with the chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Lay the tortillas on a baking sheet and spread the filling evenly over each one.
- Fold the sides of the tortillas in towards the center and roll the tortillas up like a burrito.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm.
