Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 pounds beef tri-tip

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the beef tri-tip in a large resealable plastic bag, and pour the marinade over the top. Squeeze out the air from the bag and seal it closed.
  3. Place the bag in the refrigerator and let the beef marinate for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Remove the beef tri-tip from the marinade and place it on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast the beef for 20-30 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C).
  7. Remove the beef from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
