The second is BBQ pork ribs, with a sticky and savory glaze that will have your taste buds begging for more. Whether you're a fan of shredded pork or ribs, this recipe has something for everyone.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 rack pork ribs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F.
  2. For the BBQ pulled pork: Season the pork shoulder with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, brown the pork on all sides. Place the pork in a slow cooker and add BBQ sauce, onion, garlic, brown sugar, vinegar, ketchup, mustard, and honey. Cook on low for 8 hours, then shred the pork with forks.
  3. For the BBQ pork ribs: Season the ribs with salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Wrap the ribs in foil and bake for 2 hours. Remove the foil, brush with BBQ sauce, and bake for another 30 minutes or until the glaze is sticky and caramelized.
  4. Serve the pulled pork on buns or tortillas, and serve the ribs with extra BBQ sauce on the side. Enjoy!
