2 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 F.
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and coconut flakes.
In a separate bowl, mix together the melted butter and water.
Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness.
Using a pastry cutter or pizza cutter, cut the dough into 2-inch strips.
Carefully wrap each strip around a wooden dowel or rolling pin and bake for 10-15 minutes.
