Ingredients
2 cups white sushi rice

3 tablespoons sushi vinegar
Directions
Rinse the sushi rice in a fine mesh strainer until the water runs clear.
Add the rinsed sushi rice to a medium saucepan with 2 cups of water.
Bring the rice to a boil, stirring occasionally. Once it reaches a boil, reduce the heat to low and cover with a lid.
